Refund policy
Our 30-Day Promise
We want you to love your Nimbus umbrella. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories (sleeve, etc.)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to start a return
Email us at nimbusumbrellas@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within [1–2] business days with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error, we cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your umbrella arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days at nimbusumbrellas@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to ship the faulty item back in most cases.
Exchanges
Want a different color? Email nimbusumbrellas@gmail.com and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout) are not eligible for return.
