Order processing

During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Tracking your order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

International orders, customs, and duties

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at nimbusumbrellas@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help. For packages significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we'll investigate.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us right away and we'll try to help before the order ships.
